As an Artist working primarily with Acrylic on Canvas I am captivated by the vibrant beauty and intricate details found within the realm of flowers and Landscapes. My artistic journey is fuelled by a deep passion for color and its ability to evoke emotions and create visual harmony. The medium of acrylics allows me to explore and experiment with a wide range of colors, brush strokes and layering. I believe that color is a language of its own, capable of transcending barriers and stirring deep emotions within the viewer. I draw inspiration from the world around me and believe that art is a conversation and has the power to inspire, heal, and transform our lives. I invite viewers to slow down, reconnect and find solace in the breathtaking symphony of colors and forms that flourish in the natural world around us and to experience an emotional and sensory experience forever captured on the canvas

Our names are Avery and Sash and we are young, local, aspiring artists from North Vancouver. We are cousins and have grown playing music together since we are little. We have played at some school events and at a holiday busking series at Lonsdale Quay. Our set lists include some original music along with smaller indie artists that we want to highlight including Adrianne Lenker, and Peach Pit. We both individually write original music, and are working on collaborating to create original mull it over songs. We are excited to hopefully have the opportunity to play among local artists in the lovely green spaces of North Van.

Rocco Kong, a vocalist from Hong Kong, was influenced by the vibrant pop music scene of the city, with Cantonese pop songs becoming his primary genre. His passion led him to Nelson, where he enrolled in Selkirk College Music Program. This experience introduced him to new genres and inspired him to write more music with new elements. As a songwriter, Rocco tries to embrace every emotion, both sweet and bitter, because life would not be real, complete and authentic without extremes and everything in between. Those emotions inspired him to write and share it with others. With the experience of being comforted by songs, he aims to connect with listeners, let them know that they are not alone, and encourage them to keep going in life.

I am an award-winning storyteller who believes in telling humorous stories that promote Queerness, Neurodivergence, and working-class solidarity as a way to build bridges with communities that may not understand these realities. I strongly believe education of the natural world is necessary in fighting climate change, and I strongly believe research of local history and etymology helps our communities gain better perspective on current issues. It is my great pleasure to weave all of these threads into a singular epic while I play my guitar.I have told stories on stages over 10 years, performing at venues such as The Vogue and Massey Gallery, and at events such as Parade of Lost Souls, Fine, and the Vancouver Story Slam Championship Show.
