This calendar tells the story of the region through artistically rendered images of locations, places, or scenes that are recognizably in North Vancouver or West Vancouver, on part of the territories of the Squamish Nation and Tsleil-Waututh Nation.

These unique calendars contain 12 images created by local artists depicting North Shore scenes.

We thank the following artists for their generosity in providing their work to support the 2024 calendar: Biljana Jones, Ian Cunliffe, Terri Connelly, Akemi Emma Ito, Rick Cuff, Natasha Dash, Alfonso L. Tejada, Dilys Huang, Mara Dias, Sahar Bani Soltan, Stella Kent, Riitta Peirone.

Calendar pages are 10″ x 14″ (25cm x 36cm).

Art cards featuring the calendar images are also available.
Single cards $5 each. Set of 12 cards $50 (1 of each month).

Folded cards are 5″ x 7″, blank on inside with art title, medium, artist name and description of place on reverse.  Envelopes included. Art cards are not dated and available year-round

Full colour images depict locations in the North Shore region, with a map showing where to find the spot.  Holidays and religious observances included in the calendar were researched in collaboration with the North Shore Immigrant Inclusion Partnership to reflect the cultural make up of our communities.
