Refund/Withdrawl Policy : North Van Arts reserves the right to cancel any class which does not meet a minimum enrolment prior to the start date. In the event of class cancellation, students will be notified by phone and/or email. If a class is cancelled by North Van Arts, a full refund will be given. Refunds/withdrawls are available up until 2 days prior to class start date, minus our 30% admin fee. No refunds will be available after that point as our instructor and supply expenses have already been incurred. I confirm I have read and understand the refund/withdrawal policy.
