Arts Education Call for Artists: Application and Course/Workshop Proposal
(Now taking applications for SUMMER / FALL 2024) IF THIS PAGE CRASHS PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR PROPOSAL stephanieb@northvanarts.ca PLEASE SUBMIT ONE FORM PER WORKSHOP/ COURSE We are looking for enthusiastic and creative educators to deliver courses for adults and youth, as well as our Camp Creative Spring and Summer children's art camps. If you have a passion for the arts, an interest or practice we would like to hear from you. To apply to be an instructor at North Van Arts, you’ll need to submit the workshop or courses you would like to teach. You can do this by filling out the below submission form; we ask that you use one form per program proposal. Successful applicants must have extensive art experience, and preferably a degree or diploma in Visual Arts, along with a strong background and related teaching experience with a variety of age groups and in a variety of contexts. The ideal candidate has prior visual arts instruction experience with various age groups and a focus on children, has great communication skills and is quick to respond when faced with challenging circumstances. Applicants under consideration are required to consent to a Police Information Check.
