This course builds on the October Oil Class led by Elena Senatorova to develop your skills with the oil medium. Over the course of four weeks, we will explore the world of color, including color theory, color mixing, color terminology, and the essential qualities of paint.
Throughout the class, we will focus on creating a master copy of a renowned artist’s work, allowing you to apply these concepts in a hands-on and meaningful way.
Through guided exercises and supportive instruction, you will deepen your understanding of oil painting techniques, enhance your skill set, and gain the confidence to create new artworks that are ready to beautify your space.

What Should you bring?
- Materials are provided except canvases. Please bring canvas or canvas panel 12″ x 16″ or 14″ x 14″, and 10” x 24”
