We all have within us the ability to practice self-care through journaling. This Creative Journaling for Self-Care workshop will show you how to tune into your truth, find clarity, and experience the joy and beauty in your daily life. You will be guided through writing exercises that will nurture your spirit and re-connect you with yourself. No writing experience necessary, and you will not be asked to share your writing unless you want to. Writing materials are included in your registration fee.

About Your Instructor
Nicolle Nattrass is a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC II), a playwright (PGC), a professional actress (CAEA), professional instructor and recently joined as a member of the Journal Council, The International Association for Journal Writing. With a demanding career as a professional actor for 15 years, self-care has been paramount. Journaling as a Creative Self-Care practice began early as a young child and is the touchstone in all of her work, personally and professionally.
The North Vancouver Community Arts Council reserves the right to cancel any class which does not meet a minimum enrollment prior to the start date. In the event of class cancellation, students will be notified by phone and/or email. If a class is cancelled by the North Vancouver Community Arts Council, a full refund will be given.
Withdrawals from classes, camps and workshops is permitted up to five business days prior to the start of the class. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20% of the class fee or $10 (whichever is greater). All withdrawals or requests for transfers must be made through the NVCAC office by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 604-988-6844. Students cancelling fewer than five business days before the start of class will not receive a refund (exemptions made for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note.) The NVCAC is not responsible for classes missed by the student. Missed classes cannot be transferred, made-up, or carried to other sessions.
