Since its inception in February 2022, our monthly CityScape Date Night series has been a creative journey like no other. Every month, we’ve delved into a diverse range of artistic mediums, from acrylics to watercolors, upcycling to drag life drawing.
Date Nights are open to pairs of all kinds – friends, family members, partners, siblings, and more. It’s an enchanting evening designed to be shared with a special someone or even for a memorable first date. Of course, it’s perfectly splendid as a solo date night as well. We warmly welcome individuals to join us and unleash their creativity.
In this workshop, participants will create their own papers using various mark-making techniques, preparing for fun collage-making activities to craft Christmas or New Year cards, as well as making some wrapping papers.
What to Expect:
- Create Custom Papers: Explore different methods of mark-making.
- Collage Making: Use these custom papers to create beautiful collages.
- Holiday Prep: Make unique cards and wrapping papers.
Skills learnt:
Experience various mark-making techniques, collage-making, and creating beautiful compositions.
Workshop Outcomes:
Participants will create a few beautiful postcards and one or two wrapping papers for holiday gifting.
Teaching Experience:
Homa has been teaching for two years, covering various age groups. She specializes in painting, drawing, abstract painting, and landscape painting, mostly in acrylics.
