Set your intentions for the new year using various methods of creative expression and guided visualization. We will explore what drives our intentions & what might block us from following through. No art experience is necessary, this class is more about process than product.
Registration is per household.

Class is delivered live via Zoom, and the class recording will be emailed to participants the following day.
Supply List:
- Paints ( your choice of: acrylic, watercolour, gouache, crayons, markers, coloured
- pencils)
- Thick Paper (can withstand the paint of choice)
- Magazines and/or coloured paper for collage
- Glue (stick or elmers)
- Paint brush if using paint
- Pen/pencil
- Journal or paper for writing
