Having a creative outlet and a community of like-minded people can help to ease feelings of loneliness and isolation while providing fun ways to manage stress. Life and art are so interconnected. You will be amazed at what you create when you let your intuition guide the way.
In this 6 week program, Heather will guide you through a variety of activities incorporating mindfulness into each class so you have a new technique to add to your toolbox each week.

- Mixed media pad (preferably 9×12)
- 2 large pieces of newsprint or Mayfair paper
- Black sharpie
- Pen, pencil
- Crayons or oil pastels
- Acrylic paint or gouache paint
- A plate to use as palette or palette paper if you have it
- Magazines or photo inspiration for collage
- Container for water
