Where is home? Is it where you’ve been or where you are now? And how does this influence who you are or who you become? What do the words ‘home’ and ‘identity’ mean to you and what stories do they hold? Explore these themes through guided exercises and writing prompts with creative nonfiction writer, Taslim Jaffer. Bring up to 5 photographs that might spark a memory (optional). Write for yourself or to share with loved ones and learn how to unearth longer writing projects.

All classes are live via Zoom, with recordings sent out 2-3 days after each class. Online class registration is per household, so feel free to gather round the computer with your roomies and take the class together!

North Van Arts is committed to offering accessible pricing for our arts education classes. There are a limited number of tickets available at a discounted rate – so you decide what works for your budget. If you can afford the full price, please leave the 30OFF option for those who can benefit most from it.

Thank you!
