North Van Arts is thrilled to announce the 2020 Anonymous Art Show. This group exhibition and fundraising event will include emerging and established artists working strictly on unframed 8” x 8” x 1½” canvas or wood panels. Due to COVID-19 there are a few changes to this year’s Anonymous Art Show, so please read carefully through this page to find out how to participate.
The Anonymous Art Show is a significant fundraiser for our organization, and we encourage you to take part and join in the fun! The magic of this show is that each artist remains anonymous until after their work has sold. Participating artists are required to sign only the back of the canvas to keep their identity unknown. Each piece is $100, and sales are divided 50/50 between the artist and North Van Arts. Artists can also choose to donate their artwork to support programs. Once a painting is purchased, it is removed from the wall and replaced with a sold tag, revealing the artist’s name.
