If you haven’t already, this is your last chance to view all works of art in-person before they start selling. See something you like? Note the artwork number.
The online site is set up as an auction site for the preview only. This is why items say ‘bidding closed’. This will change at 7pm on Nov. 24.
2 – GET SET – REGISTER
We recommend you pre-register on the site: name, email required, with option to also register credit card for faster checkout once the sale starts. Once you’ve registered, you will receive an email with your login details. If you have registered in previous years, you can use the same login information. 3 – BROWSE – STAR YOUR FAVOURITES
Once you’ve registered and logged in to the site, you can add a yellow star to your favourites. You can then filter (from the Home page of the sale site) to view ‘Items I’ve starred’.
4 – BUY
Starting at 7pm, Thursday, November 24, the online sale starts. Purchasing is ONLY online.
Each work is $100 + PST = $107.
If you don’t see a work you like but still want to show your support, add a donation to your cart, or buy a You Are Here Calendar. Staff will be available by phone for assitance from 7pm-9pm on November 24.
IMPORTANT: An item in your cart can still be bought by another buyer if they pay for it before you do! To avoid disappointment, move the item to your cart and pay for it immediately.
5 – COLLECT
Purchased artwork can be picked up at CityScape Community ArtSpace. Please allow 3 business days following your purchase for us to prepare your package.. Please note, we are closed on Sundays.
Not local? Shipping (within Canada) will be available for additional fees through Canada Post:
$20 for each Anonymous Artwork.
6 – REPEAT
The online sale will continue until Saturday, December 17 at 5pm.
We are able to help with with the buying experience in-person, starting Friday, November 25 at 9am at CityScape Community ArtSpace.
