Call for Artists: Exhibition Proposals Art in the Community

North Van Arts (North Vancouver Community Arts Council) is currently accepting submissions for our Art in the Community Programme for 2024 Season. Currently this exhibition programme takes place at two venues: 

  • District Library Gallery / Located at the Lynn Valley Main Library
  • District Foyer Gallery/ Located at North Vancouver District Hall

The Art in the Community Programme, run by North Van Arts has a mandate to celebrate and enable emerging and professional artists through exhibitions in public spaces, which serves to promote artists, to increase public awareness of the visual arts, and to make original work by local artists accessible to the public.

We invite visual artists working in all 2D and small 3D mediums including painting, photography, and mixed media to apply. Successful candidates will be booked for an eight-to-twelve-week exhibition.

North Van Arts encourages applicants of all races, ethnicities, identities, abilities, ages, and genders, to apply.
