North Van Arts is currently accepting exhibition proposals for our 2020 – 2021 programme at CityScape Community ArtSpace.
Our mandate is to enable emerging and professional artists of all disciplines to bridge cultures and build strong communities through the arts, creating an inclusive environment accessible to everyone. North Van Arts welcomes artwork from all mediums and accepts submissions from artists and non-artists in the local and wider community.
CityScape at North Van Arts is a space for you to display your artwork and create a dialogue to spark new conversations with the community. Exhibition proposals should be well researched and outline a clear concept. We encourage you to consider themes that you believe should be at the forefront of life today, either locally, nationally, or internationally. For example, artists could consider climate change, growth, environmental impacts, the natural world, inclusivity, confronting social norms, innovation, and change.
CityScape Community ArtSpace always shows group exhibitions. All proposals submitted should be for three artists or more. Please refer to our Proposal Guidelines for more details.
You do not have to be an artist to submit a proposal and suggest an exhibition idea. If you have any questions, or would like more information about our CityScape Community ArtSpace and our exhibitions please visit www.northvanarts.ca or contact the Exhibitions Manager.
Sunday, March 1, 2020 at midnight.
