Rooted in the traditional, ancestral, and stolen territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking peoples, Daphne Woo 胡可欣 is a Vancouver-born artist of Chinese ancestry whose practice weaves together textiles, teaching, and community care.
Date Nights: Palimpsest Photography instructed by Solange Adum Abdala, an interdisciplinary photographer and educator with an MFA from the University of British Columbia and founder of Galería Pública.
A textiles instructor and arts advocate, she teaches popular date-night needle-felting workshops, including felted ornaments.
