About the Artist

Creating wearable art is my way of telling tales. Handcrafted from beginning to end, I use traditional techniques to create one of a kind objects that tell the story of the wearer. Growing up on the coast surrounded by art and creativity, I was encouraged to follow my imagination and curiosity. Being free to explore I sketched, wrote stories and created miniature new worlds, eventually playing with painting, sculpture, photography and jewellery making. My curiosity led me to travel and while the west coast of British Columbia will always be home, my biggest inspiration comes from experiencing the beauty and culture of faraway lands, meeting new people, and telling their tales.
