About the Artist

North Vancouver Ceramics is a pottery studio that offers classes, workshops, and open studio time. During the Art Crawl, we will showcase pieces from the artists and students who regularly participate with us. Having you with us would be really amazing for us! This year, our pottery studio is proud to introduce our guest participant, Miguel Lozano, and share his artwork in our space. About himself, he says: 'Art has been present in my life probably forever, but I don't really know when my involvement with art started. I guess art is universal, as everyone practices it from an early age, and some people develop it into a lifelong activity. In art, I find solace, mental and spiritual fulfillment, even as physical therapy. I want to keep painting for as long as I can and keep finding all the nice things that I find in it.'
