Christine (Chris) is a mixed media artist living in North Vancouver. Her background in conservation management fostered a deep appreciation for the natural world which continues to inform and inspire her art.
Working in ink and watercolour, her illustrations appear in numerous guide books and interpretive brochures throughout British Columbia. Her oil paintings, which focus primarily on florals and wildlife, have been exhibited in galleries across BC and the US. She has recently expanded her practice to include commissioned pet portraits.
Chris is a signature artist with Artists for Conservation and an exhibiting artist with Federation of Canadian Artists.
