Internationally recognized Canadian artist, Heather Konschuh is represented by a number of galleries across Canada. This experienced glass blower is actively making her glass work and accepting custom glass orders. She instructs glassblowing courses at Terminal City Glass Co-op in Vancouver. Heather received her BFA in glass in 2005 from the Alberta College of Art and Design, Calgary and also studied at the Australian National University in Canberra. Notably, she was chosen by Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s wife Laureen, in 2010, to design and create the G20 and G8 charger plates for the First Ladies.
Heather loves designing and making custom glass pieces for her clients. She has a wide portfolio including blown and sculptural forms of hearts, birds, trees, various awards, memorial ash pieces, modern pendants, various ornaments, bowls, vases and platters.
