Mylene Comsia is a self-taught acrylic and mixed media artist, born in France and living in North Vancouver since 1994. She graduated Fashion & Design from Blanche McDonald in 1996 and after raising her 5 children, discovered her passion for abstract painting by attending art classes, workshops and being inspired by nature and other cultures around the world.
She creates contemporary works in a unique abstract style with very spontaneous gestures combining neurographic art as a therapeutic form.
When painting, Mylene expresses freely her emotions on the canvas through her passion for colors as she knows neither the destination nor the duration of the creative journey.
