Born in the industrious City of Hamilton, Ontario, Terri moved to the West Coast where there was an instant connection with the glorious surrounding of nature, wildlife and people.
Terri is described as an optimist that paints with a purpose to tell a story. A story that viewers and collectors engage in the conversation and deepen the meaning of each piece of work created.
Working in mixed media with primary acrylic and canvas depending on the piece collage, watercolour and mark making are found in her pieces creating energy, movement and emotion.
Love for nature, wildlife, and the human choices made that intentionally or unintentionally influences coexistence with those living in this beautiful region are interpreted in her paintings.
Terri is an emerging professional artist that studied at Sheridan College full-time in Ontario, then continued part-time studies at Capilano University and BCIT and continues studies as a member of Mastrius Art Community working with professional artists in mentorship programs.
